Organizational Management
Advance and Promote - In U&U’s Organizational Management program, you will develop management skills sought by visionary organizations in the public and private sector. This major is designed to prepare graduates to be highly competitive in management and leadership positions in a global economy. Graduates will acquire the skills to promote managerial effectiveness and increase performance in organizations.
UI&U will provide you with the fundamental personal, interpersonal, conceptual, analytical, technical, and strategic knowledge and skills required to effectively and efficiently manage organizational resources. From mastering business communication skills to quantitative and qualitative case study analyses, graduates will develop a solid foundation in theory and practice in the field. Core courses and elective options cover contemporary issues and address social and ethical issues in organizations.
