UI&U Self Study
What is a Self-Study?
The self-study is a collaborative effort between UI&U and the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Universities (HLC). The self-study is designed to address the Higher Learning Commission criteria to earn continued accreditation while at the same time moving UI&U forward in living its mission, vision, values, and principles. Everyone at the University is invited to participate. Over the next two years the Union community will gather evidence, evaluate and analyze findings. Then create a clear statement of strengths, challenges and future direction. Never losing sight of or contact with the Mission, Vision, Values, and Principles that provide us with distinction and direction.
