MyUnion ID numbers and Passwords are exclusively for members of the Union Institute & University community (Learners, Faculty, Staff, and Alumni). If you don't fall into one of these categories, don't worry- 95% of our website is accessible without logging in, and everything you need in order to either make a decision, or apply is easily accessible.

As soon as you apply, your MyUnion ID# is created. Later, after you've completed your first colloquium or registered for your first classes, and all your paperwork has been received and processed, your password will be automatically generated and sent to you. If you want to check on where you are in this process, or if you've completed the process and still haven't received a password- contact our Helpdesk.

If you don't know, or have forgotten your password, please enter your Union ID# or, if you don't know your Union ID#, you may enter your email address on record and your password will be sent to you via email.  Passwords are case-sensitive, and must be entered precisely as received.

Our Web Site uses Microsoft's Active Server Pages (ASP) technology. The ASP framework requires the browser to support and accept cookies in order to function properly.

ASP uses cookies to maintain information as you jump from page to page on the site. These cookies are deleted from your system as soon as you close your browser.

Please Note: after five invalid login attempts, the system will lock you out (even if you later supply the correct password) until your account is reset by the Helpdesk.  This feature is for your protection, keeping hackers from attempting to "guess" your password and gaining access to your information.
