Circulation Campaign : Increasing the number of issues sold is the single most important way we can fulfill the primary goals of Hunger Mountain, The Vermont College Journal of Arts & Letters: bringing literature, interviews and art to as many readers as possible in order to culturally enrich their lives. To this end, funding is required for implementing both direct mail campaigns and advertising, within the community, nationally and internationally. Special Editions : Hunger Mountain, The Vermont College Journal of Arts & Letters intends to publish issues with a particular focus and specialized guest editors on a regular basis. The first will be an all-Vermont issue of writers, artists and photographers to be published in 2004. Other special editions may include a young adult fiction issue, a creative nonfiction issue, or an entire issue of visual artwork. These editions could be in addition to our regular publication schedule if sufficient funding allows such. Through donations dedicated to special editions, Hunger Mountain, The Vermont College Journal of Arts & Letters, can begin a tradition of bringing even more fine writing, artwork, and photography to our readers.
