The success of Union Institute & University is aided by the leadership of the dozens of faculty members who help guide Union’s programs and administration. Union faculty are dedicated to ensuring that programs thrive, learner needs are met, and Union remains the innovator and change agent in adult higher education that it has been operating as for over 40 years.

Graduate faculty governance

Graduate College faculty meet four times a year, once regionally and three times in Cincinnati, to discuss recommendations to Union's administration, and make decisions concerning issues such as admissions, quality assurance, procedures, program changes, and faculty development.

 

In between Graduate faculty meetings, the Graduate faculty Steering Committee meets to make decisions and recommendations as representatives of the Graduate College faculty. The Graduate faculty governance also includes 12 other committees with specific functions related to the Graduate College.
