Application Checklist
Have you submitted all the necessary materials? Be sure you've submitted the following:
- Completed application, including required essays
- Non-refundable application fee
- Official transcripts from all post-secondary schools attended
- Three letters of reference, including one from someone qualified to assess the applicant’s clinical potential.
- A TOEFL score for someone whose native language is not English.
